County Community Library (new library project, formely Angels Library)

This future library project was initiated by Nangabo Wilfred Mamati, a qualified librarian and graduate from Moi University. The library does not exist yet, however, we have visited the site and met with its founder. There is a good and serious plan behind this project and genuine local support.

Early in 2014, before openning, the library was robbed of all its computers and many books. Following this unfortunate event they have decided to move to Bungoma in North West Kenya. This is the sad reality libraries have to deal with. ATS has not yet provided any support to this project. Before we provide support, we always perform a security assessment and try to mitigate the risks.
