The Siaya Community Library

This is a small community library located in the heart of Syia. The building is very nicely kept. They have recently secured funding from a World Bank program and are in the process of building a much bigger library. The program will give them a a lot of new space where they plan to acquire more books and computers with internet access. Since the space is much bigger, they will need many books and many computers. The World Bank program does not take care of filling the library, so it will be important for the library staff to be proactive trying to obtain material to furnish the library space.
